THE BEST HOSTEL

Firstly, the staff were so kind! They let me drop my bags off at 6am and leave them there until I came back - which ended up being a bit later than I expected. They both helped show me to my room and carried my bag, thank you! The capsule bed was really spacious and it was nice not to have to put bedding on when I arrived! The amenities are a nice touch too. The washrooms and products are great, hairdryers, face wash. Free coffee, tea, water. The air conditioning though! I felt SO cool for the first time in a month! Wish I’d stayed longer - it was great!

Perfect stay for travellers

We felt very welcomed from the staff. Location is perfect. We arrived early and could leave our luggage until check-in. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, big bonus points hehe!

I really like the staff at the front.

There is no quiet/no talking rule in the dorm room. The guests were really noisy all night. I couldn't sleep until 4am. Guests talk and used sink in room all night. I have never experienced this behavior at a guest house before.

The best place for a short stay

It was really clean, the staff were the nicest. They provide you with everything you need for a short stay. The best location as well.

If you turn off the bunkbed light, the electricity outlet stops working so you can’t charge your phone during the night unless you sleep with the light on. It was a little cold so the clothes don’t dry well during the night if it has rained.

Wonderful!

Everything was amazing! I only stayed for one night, but loved everything about this guesthouse! Although I arrived a bit later than official check-in time, I was still welcomed with a smile. The staff member kindly explained me the rules, showed the rooms and offered me tea and coffee that I highly appreciated. The towels and other things one has to pay for in other places, were free here. It is also impossible not to mention the location of the guesthouse! It is right next to the JR Hiroshima station which is extremely convenient! The guesthouse itself was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Hiroshima again.

Value for money

Comfortable. All basic amenities are well provided for. Near Hiroshima station and a lot of food option. Sleeping nook was well lighted too.

The floor was made of wood. As i was sleeping i nthe lower bunkbed, i can hear all footsteps of people walking around. The hostel did provide for earplugs tho. Also, altho it was not the hostel's fault.. Some guests were really loud and kept their alarm clock snoozing several times. The alarm was loud enough to wake up the whole room.i hope guests will be oriented to respect other guests as they share a common sleeping area.

Amazing place, amazing price, amazing staff.

The staff is incredibly nice, everyone speaks good english and helps you as best as possible. The facilities are squeaky clean and modern, the common area is comfortable yet modern and a good place to meet new people. Tram station around the corner as well as Hiroshima Station.

The futons are a bit too thin if you're a big person, but just sleep on your back and it's fine.

Great staff even helped me in the supermarket to find none alcoholic beer. Really good advices and super working attitude! I also swathe staff cleaning. Amazing. They clean EVERYTHING after a guest checked out. It might be possible that this is the cleanest Hostels I ever stayed in. Location is of course perfect near the train station.

Everything.

Everything. Unbeatable location, price, facilities, bed, luggage storage, security cameras, common area, it was all great. The employees even let me and my friend plug in our Nintendo Switch on the flat screen tv to play. Great customer service!! Oh and free coffee ;)

This place was basically perfect. Might recommend they buy some cheap fruit from around the corner like bananas and offer it to morning guests, but that is super nit-picky.
